What does tourism refers to? : A person who travels to a place for pleasure or for making memories is know as tourist.

Unlike our predecessors, we can affordably and in a shorter time travel across the world in large numbers comparatively safe. Tourism being one of the biggest and fastest growing industries globally, its benefits and the challenges, keenly observed by governments affects the economic, socio-cultural, environmental and educational resources of nations.

There are both positive and negative effects on communities related to the economic impacts of tourism in their communities. A positive impact can refer to the increase in jobs, a higher quality of life for locals, and an increase in wealth of an area. Tourism also has the advantage of rebuilding and restoring historic sites and encouraging the revitalization of cultures.A positive impact is to increase or to make better either for the tourist, the host community and residence or the tourist destination.

Negative impact may include difficulties of way, improper management and many more.

There are many historic and fabulous places in Pakistan 🇵🇰 which you need to visit, if you are fond of traveling and tourism including Badshai masjid, Shahi qila, Sheesh mahal, lake Saif ul malook, Mohenjo daro, Rohtas fort, Lahore museum  taxilla museum, Naran, Kaghan, ziyarat, shendor, sawat, hiran minar  Kashmir and many more..

My new writing is completely about that mentioned phrase, "believe that you are a rainbow and everybody else is colour blind. " Self-confidence typically refers to general self-confidence. This is different from self-efficacy, which psychologist Albert Bandura has defined as a “belief in one’s ability to succeed in specific situations or accomplish a task” and therefore is the term that more accurately refers to specific self-confidence.

The most common cause of failure is the one thing which they lack in themselves, "Self confidence". When someone fails, he tries to understand the cause of his failure. He always blames the system and let it go. This is also true to some extent but that doesn't  mean that you are now free and have found the cause of your failure. If you put all the things on the system and teachers, then you will surely dig a new dark hole for yourself that will lead you to the failure once again. You have to find the exact cause of your failure that is somewhere in between you. Sometimes, students fail just because of over confidence and every time due to lack of self confidence.
                          To develop self confidence, one should believe that, "I can, I will". When someone believes that he has the intimate ability to do the task assigned to him, he will surely get through the work.

Some other things that can boost up your self confidence includes following :
> SLOW DOWN. Your dream doesn't have an expiration date. Take a deep breath and try again. 
>OWN YOUR STRENGTHS. Believe in yourself!! Have faith in your abilities!
> KEEP GOING BETTER. Don't look back once you started.
>BE PREPARED, for the hurdles of your way.
